🍷IN THE SPIRIT➤This One Verse Was Shown to Me in the Spirit—and It Shifted How I See Every Meal, Every Gift, Every Blessing
🍽️ When You’ve Eaten and Are Full... Bless the Lord
Deuteronomy 8:10
More Than a Meal, It’s a Mindset
From a Spiritual Download — Just Me and the Most High
Hey friend,
"When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the Lord thy God for the good land which He hath given thee."
— Deuteronomy 8:10 (KJV)
🌾 This Is Bigger Than Food
It’s about posture.
It’s about recognition.
It’s about blessing Yah for every portion we receive—whether it's on a plate, in our paycheck, in our peace, or in a promise fulfilled.
I can learn to respect myself and others, whom I see every day.
That hunger. That reverence. That joy just to be near what He’s doing.
🌿 What Does It Mean to Bless?
This is kneeling in your soul.
This is stopping everything and acknowledging the Giver before you continue enjoying the gift.
🌍 What About the Land?
And many are living far from it, wondering why they feel so lost.
💔 Yah Is a Jealous God
He is jealous.
📍 How This Changes Everything
If you’ve wondered if you’re living in your land…
If you’ve received but never truly acknowledged the Source…

🔊 The Assignment Room™ — Restoring the Fruit of the Spirit Where It’s Been Stolen.
Come sit with me for a moment.
I wasn’t in a dream. I wasn’t caught up in a vision. I was simply still.
Thinking on Yah. Honoring His name. Reflecting.
And in that moment of quiet meditation, this simple question dropped into my spirit:
“When someone prepares a meal for me… what exactly am I supposed to say to bless Yah properly? Do I bless Him before? After? And how do I say it in a way that honors Him?”
It wasn’t a theological hunt. It was a real question from a real place.
Then suddenly, this ancient verse stirred in me:
And just like that, the download began.
What I thought was a question about dinner turned into a full revelation about life, honor, and restoration.
Because this scripture? It’s not just about food.
This isn’t just table manners. This is covenant protocol.
And it made me realize:
If I can respect Yah, whom I cannot see—
And real talk? The same way we used to love on our crush when we were younger—that butterflies-in-the-stomach, write-their-name-in-the-notebook kind of energy? Or even how we might ride for someone now with loyalty, attention, and affection...
That’s the kind of “crush” we ought to feel for the things of Yah. 💥
Big ups to His ways. Amen?
In Hebrew, the word “bless” is בָּרַךְ (barak) — and it literally means:
"To kneel. To adore. To offer reverent thanks as one would before a king."
So this isn't just a casual "thanks."
And it’s not optional. It’s instructional. It’s law. Torah law. Because Yah knew what kind of people we become when we eat but don’t acknowledge. When we live full but act like we filled ourselves.
"Bless the Lord for the good land..."
And here’s where most people miss it. Because when we hear "land," we think: Israel. Ancient geography. A plot of dirt promised to a nomadic people thousands of years ago.
And yes, that’s true. Yah keeps His promises. The physical land was given. But many of us?
We’re still in bondage. Still in Egypt. Still in spiritual exile.
And so we must ask:
“What land have I been given?”
Land is any space where Yah restores what was stolen.
Your land might be:
-
Peace after trauma
-
A renewed mind after years of confusion
-
A home where love actually lives
-
A calling that finally has a name
-
Freedom from cycles your bloodline couldn’t break
Land is inheritance. It is ground recovered.
But you? You’re waking up.
We cannot talk about blessing and land without understanding why this command exists in the first place.
Because Yah is not needy.
Not petty-jealous. But covenantal jealous.
In Hebrew: קַנָּא (qanna) —
"To guard what belongs to Me. To protect My rightful place. To not share what is sacred."
Imagine pouring out love, time, provision, and gifts to someone you love deeply—and they give the credit to someone else. Or worse, act like they did it themselves.
That’s what it looks like when we eat, feel full, and forget to bless Yah.
If you’ve ever felt far from God…
Then this verse is your invitation back.
“When you have eaten and are full, then bless.”
Start now. Start where you are.
Bless Yah for the clarity. For the breath. For the peace. For the ability to even understand what this post is stirring in you.
Because blessing activates memory. And memory invites restoration.
-
Have I honored the One who brought me this far?
-
Am I living in any land at all—or still camped in bondage?
-
What’s keeping me from blessing Yah daily?
-
Can I kneel in my heart before the King who gave me everything?
